Site promotes the efforts of Hawksbill Hope work to provide funding and opportunities for Belizeans to be involved in the conservation of their natural resources. Including the active involvement of Gales Point residents in the Hawksbill Sea Turtle nesting beach monitoring and data collection.
This site serves as recruitment tool for enrolling students in Marymount University study abroad courses partnered with Hawksbill Hope. Update of conservation efforts, and live transmissions from each of Hawksbill Hope Foundation’s deployed turtle satellite tags can be viewed.
